Alien's in Wisconsin

In the year 1853 Rippon Wisconsin a Man named Anthony Carlonie was on his way to bring his idea of an opposing party in America. Meanwhile back in The Coach's TARDIS The Referee noticed that his husband The Coach was figuring out the controls on their new control console. The Referee said," I think that you could use my help with that Coach." The Coach replied," Okay then, Jamesy You take that half" he pointed to the other side of the control console " of The console and I will take this half of the console." They piloted their TARDIS stuck in the disguise of a Morehead State University movable locker as the exterior through the time vortex. They landed in 1854 Rippon Wisconsin and sensed The Alchemist's mischief. The Coach said," This is 1854 Rippon Wisconsin, United States of America. I can't help but feel like something should be happening right now. Referee help me out isn't Anthony Carlonie supposed to be pitching his idea of the Republican party to the Wisconsin Congress?" The Referee said," Yes, he is so why isn't he? Could someone have gone back a year ago and have his idea be laughed at? But who do we know that would do that?" The Coach has the name on his mind saying," The Alchemist is a Time Lord I can think of to do such a thing." The Referee said," I think we can help Anthony Carlonie. Coach you and I can remedy this and avoid the chaos of it all." Anthony Carlonie was walking by and said," Blasted Congress laughed at my idea last year." The Coach said," Maybe we could help you with that. I'm The Coach and this is The Referee." The Referee said," We can make it to where the Wisconsin Congress won't laugh at your idea." Anthony Carlonie said," Alright I'm listening." After helping out with The party idea and Anthony Carlonie presented it to the Wisconsin Congress The Coach and The Referee said," It's our pleasure to help." Anthony Carlonie replied," No, thank you for helping." The Coach added," One day some corrupt people take over your party so put some failsafe in to fix it okay?" Anthony Carlonie said," No problem."

The Coach was fresh from his first regeneration and The Referee was already use to his second incarnation and complemented The Coach saying," Coach You look stunning and as tall as I am in my second incarnation." Beige and aqua green walls, gray roundels, a marble console in the middle of the control room with silver lining. The Coach was checking up on The Selector she said,” I've been doing a lot to save the planet Nirn. I've faced so many threats of both Nirnan kind and otherworldly forces.
